• Assist Fintech Management to review and formulate IT application development strategies, policies and procedures
• Lead several application development teams to manage the daytoday application development requirements for the Bank covering consumer banking, commercial banking and private banking
• Set up and maintain the standards for the process of software development, nonfunctional testing, quality assurance and configuration management tools, in order to strengthen the application development management, improve the software quality as well as maximize the banksapplication development capabilities
• Ensure project deliverables are fully complied with the Bank policy and related regulatory requirements
• Evaluate, recommend, plan, control and implement technology initiatives and systems solutions to meet business objectives
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to design, plan and prioritize various projects
• Assign projects and resources to teams; lead managers and team leads for crossfunctional and complex projects; monitor progress and improve the quality of output as well as productivity of the application development team
• Manage IT vendors to ensure quality and on time delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years of IT related working experience, preferably gained from banking or finance industry with at least 7 years of project and people management experience
• Proven experience in managing application development projects of large scale and on various banking systems
• Working experience on various platforms such as AS/400, Windows, Unix and ability to keep abreast of latest technology is required
• Customeroriented, excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong people, vendor and project management skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
