- Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, responsible for related set up and maintenance, troubleshooting, manage the database and provide regular sales force effectiveness and other relevant reports and dashboards
- Manage different Business systems & Analytic platforms for instances data mining, Business Intelligent tools etc. and provide relevant regular reports (Including Price & Ordering systems, Territory Alignment systems & database, BI reports etc.)
- Manage different data sources (both internal and 3rd parties' data), to provide regular business dashboards for commercial teams
- Assist in projects implementation and UAT activities
- Higher Diploma/University degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, Business related qualification would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Integrated System Environment, Application Support, OS, Database Server and IT Infrastructure
- Excellent knowledge & Hands-on experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (Veeva / Salesforce etc.)
- Hands-on experience in Business Analytic Tools (MS Power BI, MicroStrategy etc.)
- Excellent skill of Excel, PPT
- Systematic and meticulous with details
- Ability to bring data to life: good at effectively processing large amount of data, extracting meaningful information
- Team player with good communication skills
- Prior pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is desirable
- Depending on candidate experience, this position may be filled at the following levels: Commercial Platform Specialist/ Senior Commercial Platform Specialist
