- Manage operational performance of the Ground Handling Agent (GHA), ensuring safety, security, and customer service standards are met.
- Oversee daily duties related to Hub Management function.
- Serve as key representative at Hong Kong Hub in absence of Airport Manager.
- Liaise closely with GHA Duty Manager, IOCC, ICC for efficient, safe, and secure operation.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, standards, and company requirements regarding safety, security, quality, and service.
- Conduct self-audits on all aspects of passenger handling operation as per Headquarters instructions.
- Coordinate on-site crisis management according to procedures established by Corporate Safety Department.
- Tertiary education or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years commercial aviation experience in airport operations environment with at least 2 years at supervisory/management level.
- Advanced qualifications in Passenger Services, Ground Operations, Baggage Tracing, Reservations & Ticketing desirable.
- Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua essential.
- Experience working in operational airport environment beneficial.
- Effective communicator able to work at all levels.
- Passion for delivering highest standards of safety, security, and customer services.
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Confident and willing to take shift duties.
