Responsibilities:

• Aid in the examination of local fund documentation (such as local prospectuses, KFSs, and PHSs) and supervise the submission of fund registrations and ongoing compliance with regulators in Asia jurisdictions
• Review of the translated fund documentations, coordinate financial reports, and assist with general operational duties for EU fund registrations
• Create internal communications concerning new fund registrations and updates to existing local fund documentation.
• Monitor and assist in implementing regulatory changes within the Natixis Investment Managers International Distribution business.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree holder in either law or accounting or finance
• 2-5 years of funds related paralegal experience from asset managers, regulatory bodies, big4, or law firms is an advantage
• Understanding of funds products in the Asia jurisdiction is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is a MUST
