    Key Objectives:

  • Collaborate with our distributed team to provide top-tier functional expertise in the deployment, enhancement, and management of Oracle e-Business Suite and Fusion Cloud financial solutions.
  • Develop and refine standard methodologies for the effective management and maintenance of Oracle financial environments, focusing on customer success and operational excellence.
  • Offer strategic mentorship to customers, improving their understanding and utilization of Oracle financial modules to achieve their business objectives.
  • Serve as a functional expert within the Hong Kong-based team, supplying to the broader goals of service delivery excellence and customer happiness.
  • Responsibilities:

    Lead the successful deployment and ongoing enhancement of Oracle e-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion Cloud financial modules, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

    Provide expert assistance in the configuration, customization, and operation of financial modules, including direct support for critical issues.

    Work closely with service delivery teams, Oracle Technical Account Managers, and customers to further effective partnerships and deliver cohesive solutions.

    Contribute to the development of high-quality, standardized work you're doing that streamline service delivery and promote standard processes.

    Engage in continuous learning to remain comfortable with the latest Oracle product offerings and market trends, translating this knowledge into customer value.

    Maintain an active dialogue with Oracle Product Support and the solutions team to advocate for customer needs and share insights on product improvement.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

    Minimum of 8 years in IT, with at least 6 years of dedicated experience in Oracle e-Business Suite and Fusion Cloud financial modules.

    In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and familiarity with Fusion Cloud are required.

    Proven track record in the functional application and operational management of Oracle financial modules.

    Solid skills in PL/SQL are essential, with a preference for candidates who also have experience in Linux.

    Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with strong fix abilities.

    Superb interpersonal skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

    Oracle Certified Professional qualification is an advantage.
