    We are currently looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team and take on the following responsibilities and qualifications:

    Responsibilities:

    • Providing top-notch customer service to maintain strong relationships by handling daily customer inquiries and service requests through calls and emails;
    • Creating sales/service-related documents such as quotations, service contracts, and tenders with a high level of accuracy;
    • Collaborating closely with the service team to ensure timely information delivery and case follow-up;
    • Assisting in monitoring and analyzing service KPI dashboard;
    • Managing and enhancing the SAP equipment installed base and setting up spare part price lists;
    • Inputting data into the SAP system, coordinating service jobs, verifying information, and following up on customer purchase orders and payments;
    • Handling any other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor and supporting the team in ad-hoc projects.

    Job requirements:

    • Holder of a degree/diploma;
    • Minimum of 2 years of service administration experience;
    • Previous experience in the medical equipment/healthcare market would be advantageous;
    • Preference for experience with SAP system;
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills, business acumen, previous exposure to Power BI, and proficiency in advanced Excel functions are beneficial;
    • Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, responsibility, prioritization abilities, teamwork, and willingness to tackle challenges;
    • Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages.

    Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of "Senior Officer"
