    职位名称: Operations Officer

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Officer to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be proactive, and have good interpersonal skills.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Perform clubhouse management and ensure smooth daily operations
    • Monitor the general inspection of clubhouse areas and ensure all facilities and inventories are in good condition
    • Maintain high levels of hygiene and quality standards for the clubhouse
    • Assist in planning and organizing activities and events for management level
    • Perform vendor management and supervise vendors' performance
    • Manage contractor administration and service contract renewal
    • Handle petty cash applications and control
    • Maintain valuable supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure stock levels are adequate
    • Work closely with CEO assistants from local and China teams and tea ladies to ensure VIP guests receive the best experience
    • Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by management level

    Requirements:

    • Form 5 or above or equivalent qualifications to Qualifications Framework Level 3
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience in prestigious clubhouses, hotels, or similar establishments
    • Proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills, polite, and willing to learn
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, including general knowledge of Mandarin
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
    • Able to adapt changing needs and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
