Working period: Now to 15 Nov 2024

The incumbent will be responsible for the following job tasks:
- Support the upcoming event including Halloween Event 2024 and other ad-hoc event which is assigned by management
- Report to the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager for producing the event and shows from concept development to the dismantle of the event
- Act as a Supervisor to ensure all events activities are ready to open before the deadline
- Prepare the tender packages for all related subjects
- Monitor the contractors in the fabrication and installation period, to ensure that they complete the job in good show quality and fulfill the safety requirement from Ocean Park
- Coordinate with other departments on all the logistic matters for the event
- Monitor the operation of the event with operation team support
- Responsible for the filing and inventory of all event items after event end

Requirements

• Graduate of degree in Theatrical or Event Management

• With at least 2-4 years' experiences in entertainment business or project management
• Strong connections with local vendors in related business is an advantage

• Familiar with the park's event's operation and standard are an advantage

• Good communication skill in both written and spoken English and Cantonese

• Willing to work on night shift, weekend and Public Holiday
