- OEM based project management from product concept design, construction development, product development to mass production
- Detail product 3D and 2D creation for rapid prototyping, presentation and tooling development
- Work with regional sales office and branded clients for technical proposal
- Support cross functional team on material and supplier sourcing
- Work with quality team and supplier to define technical solution and corrective action in both NPD stage and mass production stage
- Responsible to work with quality team to define product specification and testing specification
- Evaluate supplier performance and support their technical capability improvement
- Other duties as assigned
- Degree holder or above in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines
- 2 years of working experience
- Strong in design & development, preferably with in-depth practical knowledge on:
- a) Rapid prototyping
- b) Plastic injection molding
- c) Metal processing e.g. die-casting, stamping, CNC machining, etc.
- d) Surface finishing e.g. electroplating, metallization, anodization, PVD, etc.
- Cosmetic/food product manufacturing process is a plus
- Familiar with the use of SolidWorks on plastic and metal product design
- Able to manage projects individually with minor guidance, both internally with cross functional teams and externally with suppliers
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Working experience in factory, especially in plastic or metal related product is a plus
- Occasional travel to China is required
