    MAIN PURPOSE

    Reporting to Head of PS&HSE, NEA and within the frame of Richemont Physical Security Minimum Standards, Manuals and Guidelines, the PS&HSE Supervisor assists to manage all security processes and actions within Hong Kong & Macau.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Security, health & safety

    • Actively seek and promote an appropriate level of communication and deliver a collaborative, business partner approach to all stakeholders (maisons, boutiques, regional functions, external partners/ suppliers);
    • Support the implementation of the physical security related aspects of Group Security Minimum Standards, Manuals and Guidelines;
    • Work with vendors for operation issue and performance review;
    • Assist to ensure staff are aware, trained and adhere to security guidelines;
    • Coordinate internal/ external parties to deliver security related training.

    Retail / function operation

    • Liaise with maison for implementing security policies and guidelines.

    Boutique / facility

    • Collect, maintain and review data on Company Facilities related to Physical Security, Health & Safety Group minimum standard;
    • Collaborate with store planning and administration teams to ensure appropriate execution
    • of physical and technical measures;
    • Coordinate with 3rd party security vendor(s) for the implementation of security system;
    • Perform Boutique Visit assessment, ensuring compliance to Group Minimum standard.

    Events

    • Assess with the security risk assessments, propose mitigation measures and prepare security concepts/plans for various type of company events;
    • Support the deliverables and execution of the security plans;
    • Assist to handle security related incident at events.

    Relations with external security suppliers

    • Collaborate efficiently, effectively, and ethically with external security suppliers / vendor / service provider, including but not limited to sourcing, performance review and cost controls.

    Security incident

    • Liaise with related parties to collect information for incident investigation and review.

    Training

    • Assist to organise security, health and safety related training.

    Other duties

    • Maintain data, information, drawing(s), and document(s) related to physical security;
    • Compile accurate reports and statistic, either regular or ad-hoc;
    • Other duties relating to security, health & safety as instructed by Head of PS&HSE, NEA.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Security (or related field)
    • Basic understanding of security systems, fire alarm systems, surveillance equipment, and other technical equipment
    • Ability to conduct training
    • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Fluent in English both spoken and written with the ability to communicate with different stakeholders
    • Ability to prioritize and balance own workload
    • Strong interpersonal and skills with the ability to interact with
