- Perform daily operations such as feeding cattle, milking and other stock tasks;
- Assist in loading and unloading feed, bedding and other raw materials;
- Dispose waste and maintain the tidiness of the farm;
- Assist in loading and unloading cattle between buildings;
- Assist in stock loading and stock restraining during teaching practicals as required;
- Perform routine duties such as cleaning of parlour and milk room, etc.;
- Maintain the cleanness of the feed store and other ancillary buildings; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

Duties
Shift duty during irregular hours and working on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be required.
Requirements
A Diploma in Animal Science or related disciplines or 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 2 years' working experience. Strong sense of responsibility with initiatives, attention to work quality, punctuality, ability to work effectively in a team, good communication, organisational, coordination and problem solving skills; ability to exercise judgement on day-to-day tasks in prioritising and coordinating works are required.
