    Key Responsibilities

    • Understand the as-is tax calculation and reporting processes
    • Document current tax calculation, accounting and reporting requirements and enhancements proposed
    • Advise stakeholders on best practices related to Oracle TRCS implementation and overall tax calculation, accounting and reporting processes
    • Work closely with Systems Implementation partner to ensure that requirements are fully understood and implemented on Oracle
    • Lead cross-functional discussions, and provide guidance wrt cross-functional requirements
    • Lead testing of to-be processes including UAT
    • Support change management-related activities including defining training requirements, preparing user manuals and process maps, and carry out activities required for the successful delivery of Oracle TRCS module
    • Provide guidance on reviewing solution options, and resolving technical and functional issues
    • Ensure all tax calculation, accounting and reporting related process documents are updated with changes being implemented
    • Review data conversion requirements and assist with data conversion where required
    • Provide assistance to Tax teams post go-live to perform other ad hoc tasks and assignments

    Requirements

    • 5+ years' experience in implementing Oracle TRCS in large organizations, preferably with overseas subsidiaries/associates and over 7 years' experience in implementing tax solutions on Oracle Fusion
    • Strong experience in configuring Oracle TRCS including relevant workflows, dashboard and integration with other Oracle modules
    • Strong understanding of detailed tax calculations, accounting, reporting and compliance
    • Demonstrable experience in development of Country-By-Country-Reporting (CBCR) across different tax jurisdictions
    • Functional knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and how Oracle TRCS integrates with other Oracle modules
    • Comfortable working with agile and fast-paced work environment
    • Good written and spoken communication skills including experience in preparing presentations and making presentations to senior stakeholders to drive decision making
