• Managing, growing, maintaining and developing the relationships with key corporate customers
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts and lead the team to achieve monthly sales target
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs and identify areas for improvement
• Provide creative ideas and proposal for marketing and promotional campaign
• Prepare regular qualitative and quantitative report to measure effectiveness of respective campaigns and draw insights and propose feasible actions for upcoming projects
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

• Degree holder, preferably in marketing, media, journalism, communications or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience with supervisor management and related experience (have insurance experience is perfectly but not must)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Good interpersonal & negotiation skills
