    Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager/Manager to join our dynamic team.

    This role will primarily focus on leading the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function, overseeing project management initiatives, and driving transformation programs within the company.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic direction and optimizing financial performance.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the FP&A function, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring successful execution and delivery of key projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
    • Drive transformation programs to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve business performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
    • Develop and implement financial models, tools, and systems to support forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities.
    • Monitor and report on key financial and operational performance indicators to senior leadership.
    • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations based on financial analysis and market trends.
    • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in FP&A, project management, and transformation programs.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
    • Proven experience in FP&A, project management, and transformation programs within the insurance industry.
    • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
    • Proficiency in using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data analysis and visualization.
    • Familiarity with development management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is preferred.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and recommendations.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and driving transformation initiatives.
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
