- Supports HK payroll administration and Total Rewards operations.
- Supports benefits administration, including medical, Life Insurance, EC, MPF, tax returns, and other related tasks.
- Inputs data into Workday and HRIS and ensures the accuracy of employee information.
- Maintains filing and documentation to ensure information being saved properly in company database
- Maintains HR reports as required; provides reports and communication on human resources activities and initiatives to Finance and HR partners.
- Ensures compliance with statutory labor requirements related to compensation and benefits
- Supports Total Rewards team and HR counterparts of relevant business units / locations in achieving operational excellence in communication of rewards and incentive programs.
- Support in other HR projects as and when required

- Adept at managing and influencing across cultures
- Strong Microsoft Office, Excel skills and previous HRIS experience
- 1-2 years experience in Human Resources with Total Rewards Specialties
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
