Role: Regional Workplace Effectiveness Manager
Location: Hong Kong
Purpose: To be the regional SME on matters relating to workplace strategy and improvement, particularly focusing on economics, experience and productivity.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND BUSINESS ALIGNMENT
Proactively engage with local country property teams to understand local property opportunities and challenges with regards to workplace conditions, business objectives etc.
Support country teams where required by engaging with senior business stakeholders to deep-dive into business objectives and drivers, and validate the alignment of these objectives with propertys solutions
Support country teams with the ability to forward plan workplace initiatives
Share business intelligence with relevant property stakeholders
WORKPLACE STRATEGY IDEATION AND DEVELOPMENT, AND DELIVERY OVERSIGHT
Lead the development of ideation through the stage 1/stage 2 process for small and medium plans
Support the regional strategist in the development of large plans and major strategies
Identify any requirement for additional variable support that needs to be engaged prior to financial approval and manage this activity
Provide oversight on live projects where flexible working is being implemented
STRATEGIC OCCUPANCY PLANNING
Identify opportunities via desktop analysis of existing occupancy data
Integrate Corporate Plan HC Forecast data
Support projects by developing high-level stacking plans
FLEXIBLE WORKING WORKPLACE REVIEWS
Ongoing support for country teams and the business from a best-practice advisory and guidance perspective on matters including:
Analysis of occupancy data and actioning POE findings
Revisiting the original strategy to ensure the space continues to be optimised
TRAINING, EDUCATION, AND AWARENESS
Support SMEs in disseminating best practices, new workplace tools/processes developed or enhanced, which may include delivering training material to the stakeholder network
Required Knowledge and Skills
5-8 years professional experience in occupancy-related field (e.g. strategic planning, systems management, tactical solutions, change management)
Background in Banking sector is a bonus
Strong data software skills, experience in Occupancy Management software is a bonus
Fluency in reading drawings, experience in Design is a bonus
Project management skills
Possess superior written and verbal communication skills
English essential, with a second language preferred
High level of personal credibility, customer relation management, networking, and interpersonal skills;
Tertiary education in business administration/management, corporate real estate, built environment (e.g. architecture, engineering, interiors, building science etc.), or equivalent.
