- Keep clients informed about project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team on new business opportunities, providing SEO expertise and participating in client presentations and pitches.
- Provide SEO training and guidance to internal teams and clients to enhance their understanding of SEO best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO account management or a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to clients.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
