- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Align brand strategies and marketing initiatives with company goals through close coordination with Product, Tech, and Operations teams.
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize online/offline events with cross-functional teams to enhance user interaction and market penetration.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- 3+ years of marketing experience in Web3/blockchain industries with deep knowledge of industry dynamics.
- Proven expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and PR communication.
- Strong analytical skills to adapt strategies based on market feedback.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and innovative thinking.
- Fluent in English to support collaboration with global teams.
