    This role will drive company target of medical business by executing recognition programs, motivational activities and incentive campaigns to target agent segments.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Develop agency strategies and initiatives to drive the growth of the health business
  • Collaborate with other PHKL's stakeholders to create compelling agency incentives and campaigns to accelerate strategic delivery in health business
  • Design, execute and review strategies agency events/ programs, and monitor the progress and effectiveness in driving health business
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance the selling on medical products in agency channels
  • Budget management and formulating gimmicks and promotion campaign to raise agency awareness in health products and participation level to drive sales targets
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • 5 years relevant working experience, with at least 2 years' at supervisory level
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and medical trends will be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills and attentive to details
  • Advanced user of MS Excel and proficient in MS Word
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
