    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct investment and acquisition activities: Evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities, including potential target companies, transaction structures, and valuations, formulate investment strategies, and conduct due diligence.
    • Hong Kong stock market analysis: Track and analyze the dynamics of the Hong Kong stock market, understand market trends and opportunities, and use this information to guide investment decisions.
    • Transaction execution: Work closely with counterparties, investment banks, and legal teams to drive the execution of mergers and acquisitions, including negotiation, transaction structuring, drafting contracts, and reviewing transaction documents.
    • Risk management: Assess and manage risks in investment projects, develop risk control strategies, and monitor the performance of investment portfolios.
    • Market research: Conduct market research, understand industry trends and competitive landscapes, and provide data-driven insights for investment decisions.
    • Team collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members to develop and implement investment strategies and ensure the achievement of team goals.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, with preference for finance, law, or finance-related majors. Strong financial analysis capabilities and investment evaluation skills.
    • At least 10 years of industry experience with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in investment and mergers and acquisitions, with familiarity and understanding of the Hong Kong stock market.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to collaborate with various parties to drive successful completion of transactions.
    • Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities, able to make sound decisions in complex environments.
    • Proficiency in using investment-related tools and techniques, with the ability to perform data analysis and build models.
    • Teamwork and leadership skills, capable of managing and organizing work in a multitasking environment.
    • Preferred certifications such as CFA.
    • English proficiency as a working language, fluent in Mandarin, and knowledge of Cantonese is preferred.
