    Responsibilities
    • To provide secretarial and administrative support to senior Management, Department Head and their direct reports
    • To undertake ad hoc projects and other clerical tasks that may be assigned by the managers and the other team members
    Requirements
    • Degree holder of any discipline
    • Minimum 3 year solid secretarial and/or team support and administrative experience in well-established financial institutions
    • Strong in both written and spoken English and Chinese
    • Well-organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadline
    • Good team player, with good interpersonal and communications skills
    • Proactive and eager to learn
    • Adept at Microsoft Office suite is a plus
    • Immediately available is highly preferred
    • candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
