    Job responsibilities:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation in client experience strategies.
  • Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management or customer experience roles within the luxury retail or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of success in client development or a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with high-profile clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
