    The incumbent is to assist in all aspects of office administration work and perform other ad hoc duties.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Entry data into Operations system
  • Develop and maintain a filing system and telephone lists
  • Place order for office supplies/equipment and other maintenance work
  • Provide general support to visitors and Senior Management
  • Perform backup duties for Receptionist and other team members
  • Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary education
  • Possess experience in handling office administration and support preferred
  • Be a good team player with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • High Proficiency in MS Office (particular of Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese typing
