- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Entry data into Operations system
- Develop and maintain a filing system and telephone lists
- Place order for office supplies/equipment and other maintenance work
- Provide general support to visitors and Senior Management
- Perform backup duties for Receptionist and other team members
- Tertiary education
- Possess experience in handling office administration and support preferred
- Be a good team player with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- High Proficiency in MS Office (particular of Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese typing
