Aurex Group is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our construction client in growth mode in Hong Kong.

This newly created position will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, impacting effective project delivery, critical business decisions and supporting a dynamic, fast-growing operation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data gathered and extracted from built projects to identify improvement opportunities within construction projects around the world.
• Work closely with C suite to support business critical actions.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable project specifications
• Support project teams with data analysis, reporting, and solution testing
• Facilitate communication between business units, designers, and technical teams
• Assist in risk management and ensuring compliance with industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in design, construction, or related sectors (but not essential).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in documentation tools and data analysis software
