    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the preparation and documentation of board meetings, general meetings, and committee meetings, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records, including the company's statutory books, registers, and filings, and ensure they are up to date.
    • Support the Company Secretary in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, such as resolutions, minutes, and corporate policies.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely dissemination of information and documents to the board of directors and relevant committees.
    • Conduct research and analysis on corporate governance practices, regulatory updates, and emerging trends.
    • Assist in the coordination and preparation of annual reports, interim reports, and other corporate disclosures.
    • Work on ad-hoc projects related to corporate governance and compliance, as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional qualifications in company secretarial studies will be an advantage.
    • Minimum of 1 year internship or working experience in Company Secretarial; proven experience in a similar role within a listed company or professional services firm is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of company secretarial practices, corporate governance principles, and relevant laws and regulations.
    • Passionate about exploring the field of Company Secretarial in a structured organization.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation and record-keeping.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and company secretarial software.
