    A family office is hiring a Accountant (with CPA qualification) to join the team.

    Job Responsibilities::

    • Manage the complete accounting operations for the organization, encompassing financial and managerial reports.
    • Develop consolidated financial schedules and statements, ensuring precision and prompt delivery.
    • Prepare consolidated month-end closing reports with detailed analysis and supporting schedules, including commentary.
    • Work closely with auditors, tax consultants, and bankers / investors on annual audits, tax-related matters and treasury and investment activities.
    • Generate periodic updates on cash flows and investment holdings for leadership evaluation, delivering them promptly, correctly, and effectively.
    • Manage ad hoc tasks, including the annual KYC process for banks and assisting with secretarial duties.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • CPA Qualified is a MUST.
    • Stable employment record, at least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
    • Solid understanding of accounting standards and fiscal procedures.
    • Skilled in software tools, particularly MS Excel and QuickBooks for accounting.
    • Outstanding proficiency in written and verbal English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
    • Demonstrates strong accountability, initiative, and meticulousness.
