    Responsibilities:
    • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the company's webpage estore and boost sales through various online channels like SHOPLINE or Shopify backend.
    • Managing the company's webpage estore to ensure a smooth and user-friendly shopping experience.
    • Creating and executing social media marketing campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to enhance brand awareness and drive online sales.
    • Utilizing effective techniques for website traffic generation and SEO to attract targeted visitors to the webpage estore.
    • Designing compelling visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe to enrich social media posts, website banners, and promotional materials.
    • Monitoring and analyzing website traffic, sales data, and social media metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement successful strategies.
    • Collaborating with diverse teams like design, content, and customer service for an integrated online presence.
    • Staying updated with the latest trends, technologies, and practices in webpage estore management, social media marketing, website traffic generation, SEO, Google Ads, and design software.
    • Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends and utilizing this information to shape marketing and sales strategies.
    • Building strong relationships with customers, influencers, and stakeholders through effective communication and engagement on social media platforms.
    • Providing regular reports and insights on webpage estore performance, sales trends, and social media campaigns to the management.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated expertise in managing webpage estores and driving sales through various online channels, particularly SHOPLINE or Shopify backend.
    • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and online sales strategies.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and experience in creating and managing successful social media marketing campaigns.
    • Experience in website traffic generation, SEO, and Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and boost conversions.
    • Proficiency in design software like Canva or Adobe to craft visually appealing content for social media and promotional materials.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Creative thinking ability to generate innovative ideas.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and engaging with internal teams, customers, and influencers.
    • Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
