    • Duties:

      - Responsible for account receivable duties To Handle and reconcile the producer's account. Reply queries to individual agents by call and emails. Prepare commission payment, return premium, AR vouchers which prepared by the foresaid AR handlers. Handle unallocated funds, return cheques, bounced cheques from agents Check and follow up with IT team if any discrepancy found from the system bookings. Conduct UAT for system changes and automation projects Perform the process of cancellation policy, ensure the letters are delivered to producers and response to their feedback. To proceed sending the Demanding Letter and Reminder Notice to producers. Follow up long overdue premium with individual agents. Filing regulatory annual tax return to the Inland Revenue Department for the commission income of individual agents and corporate agents. Co-ordinate with Profit Center and Operations Team for booking follow up. Co-ordination with IT team for the month closing and running job issues. Monitor the outputs from Cognizant and provide training if needed. Drafting of SOP and preform the yearly review. Performing Adhoc tasks as required Requirements: Diploma holder in Accountancy, Finance or other related disciplines Demonstrated experience, preferably gained from insurance industry Proficient in MS Office Application and accounting software Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, mature, strong sense of responsibility and Good attitude to handle new things and recommend new ideas Candidates with technology base collection experience are welcomed
