    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the daily operations of our clubhouse. This includes ensuring that all facilities and inventories, such as cigars, wines, and teas, are in good condition.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality in the clubhouse, as well as planning and organizing various activities and events for management-level guests.

    Responsibilities include managing vendors, supervising their performance, and handling petty cash applications and control. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining valuable supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring stock levels are adequate.

    The role requires close collaboration with CEO assistants from local and China teams, as well as tea ladies, to ensure exceptional experiences for VIP guests at all times.

    We value teamwork, flexibility, and a proactive attitude, with excellent customer service skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform clubhouse management and ensure smooth daily operations
    • Monitor general inspection of clubhouse areas and ensure all clubhouse facilities and inventories are in good condition
    • Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the clubhouse
    • Assist to plan and organize various activities and events for management level
    • Perform vendor management and supervise vendor's performance
    • Manage contractor administration and service contract renewal
    • Handle petty cash application and control
    • Maintain valuable supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure stock levels are adequate
    • Work closely together with CEO assistants from local team and China team and tea ladies to ensure the best experience for VIP guests at all times
    • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management level

    Requirements:

    • Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
    • At least 2 years of relevant experiences preferably in prestigious clubhouse, hotels or similar establishments
    • Proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills, polite and willing to learn
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, including general knowledge of Mandarin
    • Proficiency in MS Office (word and excel) and Chinese Word Processing
    • Able to adapt changing needs, able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
