    Role Responsibilities:

  • 1、Execute all HR-related processes (on-boarding/off-boarding/job change/contract renewal/compensation ), partnering closely with HRBP, IT, Finance, Legal and other company function stakeholders to ensure a smooth, efficiency and quality process 2、Ensure the accuracy of all employee data across systems, all documents are prepared, signed and collected in a timely manner 3、Proactively challenge the state quo and provide professional suggestion on improvement initiatives and make it happen as a change agent in the organization 4、Handle Total Rewards operation assignments, cover SIP calculation, insurance enrollment, pension management, annual audit, service contract renewal and payment etc. 5、Monthly payroll file preparation and ensure provide the correct data to payroll team for salary calculation 6、HK E-leave system management and problem solving if any 7、Undertake any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • 1、Bachelor's degree or above 2、At least 5 years of relevant experience as HR Generalist 3、Good communication in both Mandarin and English 4、Microsoft Office proficiency 5、Strong sense of accountability, detail oriented, quick learner and team player 6、 Being people-oriented, customer focus, confident and self-motivated 7、 Work independently with general supervision 8、Solid communication and influence with cross functions 9、Consistent and stable performance delivery under high pressure and complex situation 10、 Working experience in HR shared service is a plus 11、System experience on Workday is a plus
