Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, specification review, and identifying testing conditions.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) exercises, including scheduling, resource allocation, test case creation, environment setup, and reporting issues and results.
• Validate and update processes during UAT execution.
• Contribute to the actual implementation process, including scheduling, data conversion, and pre- and post-implementation activities.
• Conduct user training and provide post-implementation maintenance support.
• Prepare data conversion plans, test plans, test cases, reports, manuals, and training materials.
• Use test automation to improve testing efficiency.
• Perform production support tasks for the core scheme administration system (TAS).
• Act as a security control advisor, asset owner, and custodian based on the information security framework.
• Undertake assigned ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAT-related experience.
• Strong command of written English and Chinese.
• Ability to independently review business and technical documentation and schedule UAT tasks.
• Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Cucumber...)
