Work Location: Hong Kong International Airport

Responsibilities :

• Provide customers with quality services with enthusiasm and professionalism

• Introduce the menu, place orders and provide catering services

• Have professional knowledge of catering and make recommendations based on customer needs

• Deliver food and beverages to customer tables in a timely and efficient manner.

• Understand customer needs and provide quality catering services

• Maintain the cleanliness and daily operation of the VIP room

• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Work Schedule: 9.5 hours per day including 1hour break. (Shift work is required)

Requirements :

• At least 1 years of experience relevant working experience

• Relevant working experience in lounge, fine dining, and sizeable luxury hotel or in similar capacity is an advantage.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent English, other language (eg. Cantonese) is advantage

• Willing to learn

• Team Player

• Shift duty (include overnight shift)

• HKID Holders ONLY

Remuneration Package Including:
