- Actively work in the product development field
- Independtly lead the Pricing Process
- Prepare premium ratemaking, modelling and pricing report
- Perform cost and benefit analysis for campaigns
- Support System implementations on new products
- Support on daily operations
- Support on projects and new initiatives as assigned by management
- University graduate in Actuarial Studies, Mathematics or Finance
- ASA or near ASA for Assitant Manager; FSA or near FSA for Manager
- Minimum 8-10 years' relevant experience in life insurance industry
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and VBA. Knowledge of Prophet, AFM or other actuarial software is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
