- Evaluate requirements from a testability perspective and develop comprehensive testing strategies, including non-functional and security testing.
- Ensure all products and services comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Translate business objectives into actionable development tasks, managing epics and prioritizing backlogs in accordance with agile methodologies.
- Maintain and improve service levels, focusing on resilience, sustainability, and recovery objectives.
- Oversee product and service budgets, ensuring adherence to financial controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in technical product management within a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and data governance frameworks is a plus.
