- Bachelor/ Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- Good understanding of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating, and hi-low voltage systems
- Minimum 15 years of experience in M&E design and project management and 5 years in a senior managerial position
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Managerial level role
- Working experiences from both client and consultancy would be an added advantage
- Team player with good communication skills, resourceful, process-driven, commercial mindset, proactive and taking initiatives
- Exposure to luxury and upscale hospitality projects and mixed-use developments are preferred
- Experienced in managing projects in Mainland China
- Strong knowledge of building codes, fire safety regulations and related licensing matter
- Experienced in BIM and Green Building Certification would be an added advantage
- Experienced in dealing with design consultants, contractors and sub-contractors
- Good presentation skills and ability to build a strong rapport with all key stakeholders
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required
