- Provide support for product due diligence and product risk ratings' reviews and approvals
- Conduct ongoing product monitoring and reviews
- Maintain and ensure completness of product review documentations and records
- Develop, maintain and provude support for product due diligence related policies and procedures
- Product MIS reports, handle product management data preparation and reports presentation
- Provide support for post-transaction reporting to ensure regulatory compliance as well as provide support for investment and product performance monitoring
- Manage product set-up and maintenance process
- Provide full support for all internal / external audits and regulatory inspections as required
- Participate in projects and system enhancement testing as assigned by Management
- Bachelor degree holder
- CFA, CAIA, CIIA or other investment-related professional qualification is a plus
- Over 5 years of experience in investment product development and/or due diligence role with conventional/alternative fund products in particular
- Familiar with the latest regulatory requirements of Hong Kong
- Licensed to carry on Type 1 and 4 regulated activities, experience in handling high net-worth individuals is a plus
- Experience in client investment advisory including alternative investment product advisory
