    Key responsibilities

  • Report to the Managing Director and oversee a medium-sized team
  • Lead the sales operations of the business covering all key accounts, general trade and institutional channels
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to build, develop and cultivate strong customers relationships across all trade channels
  • Develop account strategies in accordance with overall channel / business strategy
  • Lead, develop and mentor a medium-sized team, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Role requirements

  • Solid experience working within the FMCG/ Consumer Goods industry
  • Seasoned sales leadership with demonstrated track record driving sales growth with strong Key Account Management experience ideal
  • Track record successfully led and developed high-performing sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to understand key performance drivers and interpret data into impactful strategies & actions
  • Excellent communicator both oral and written; and be fluent in both English and Chinse (Cantonese and Putonghua) a must
