    The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

    This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.

    You will be responsible for:

    • assist the Ticketing Manager to develop and implement ticketing strategies for the Authority;
    • support the Ticketing team for daily operation across the District and its artistic venues, including Freespace, Xiqu Centre, M+ and Hong Kong Palace Museum;
    • assist the Ticketing Manager to liaise and manage the relationships with the third-party ticket distribution channels;
    • assist and maintain the operation of Group Desk relating to the travel trade, schools and corporates.
    • regularly producing sales tracking reports which contribute data and insight for use in revenue/attendance forecasting;
    • provide account servicing to internal teams and external venue hirers for ticket sales and arrangement;
    • support the Ticketing team by performing other related general duties from time to time as directed by the Ticketing Manager.

    You should:

    • possess a recognised university degree preferably in Event Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Business or related disciplines;
    • have at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Ticketing or Customer Service in performing arts venues and museums;
    • have strong interpersonal skills to relate and communicate to internal and external contacts at all levels.
    • be detail-oriented, customer-oriented, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
    • a good team player with ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
    • be prepared to occasionally work at weekends and evenings; and
    • be proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese and Putonghua.
