- Provide full spectrum administrative support, includes but not limited to data entry & maintenance, reporting, filing, etc.
- Provide logistics support on training programmes including venue booking and set up, etc.
- Assist in preparing training and/or e-learning materials
- Maintain training records, prepnd follow upare training reports a
- Assist in the coordination, communication, administration and logistic support for the Global, Regional and local training programs
- Assist in coordinating internal staff activities and/or events
- Assist in digital document management project
- Support in interview scheduling and related logistics
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Familiar with general HR operations, preferably with 2 years' relevant experience
- Good communication skills, good command in English and Chinese
- Pleasant, well organized and willing to help
- Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility
- Proficient in MS office, esp. PowerPoint. Knowledge with design tools is a plus
- Able to work at least 3-4 days a week
