    Responsibilities:
  • Provide full spectrum administrative support, includes but not limited to data entry & maintenance, reporting, filing, etc.
  • Provide logistics support on training programmes including venue booking and set up, etc.
  • Assist in preparing training and/or e-learning materials
  • Maintain training records, prepnd follow upare training reports a
  • Assist in the coordination, communication, administration and logistic support for the Global, Regional and local training programs
  • Assist in coordinating internal staff activities and/or events
  • Assist in digital document management project
  • Support in interview scheduling and related logistics
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Familiar with general HR operations, preferably with 2 years' relevant experience
  • Good communication skills, good command in English and Chinese
  • Pleasant, well organized and willing to help
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility
  • Proficient in MS office, esp. PowerPoint. Knowledge with design tools is a plus
  • Able to work at least 3-4 days a week
