Job summary
The NOC Engineer – Transmission is responsible for identifying and resolving faults in the Cable system, Transmission network and VIP customized transmission network as well as supporting the overall PCCW Global Network Operations Center mission.- Perform round-the-clock front-line duties in the PCCW Global Network / Service Operations Center
- Investigate subsea cable system and transmission network alarms generated from the Network Management and Surveillance Alarm Monitoring Systems
