- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of leading successful engineering teams and delivering high-quality software products (NodeJS, Rust, GoLang or any modern backend languages/framework)
- Strong technical expertise in software development, architecture, and design
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in a start-up or fast-growing company is a plus
