    We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Policy Servicing and Administration.

    Principal Responsibilities

  • To assist manager, ensure effective process efficiency of overall policy administration and undertake other duties as may be required
  • Maintain high quality service standard expected of the HSBC brand in order to foster long lasting client relationships
  • Responsible assist manager for the management and monitoring the Policy Service team for HSBC LIFE business to meet the required service standard, ensure achieve team Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Assist manager to maintain effective communication with external and internal customers.
  • Deliver fair outcomes for customers and support the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
  • Support new projects in accordance with requirements set including new and enhancement issue
  • Assist manager to maintain sufficient and effective processes and controls identifying and mitigating risks and ensure timely escalation and resolution of all control issues and reputation risks.
  • To assist manger continuous to support life operating systems improvement, procedures and processes stream lining
  • To assist management oversight of outsourced policy administrative functions
  • To assist manager, ensure compliance with all guidelines and other operational standards and procedures as well as relevant regulations and laws.

  • Requirements
  • University graduates
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid experience of working with data and preparation of documents and materials in a timely manner
  • Robust PowerPoint presentation skills with track record of handling management presentation
  • Proven ability and English writing skills
  • Experience and knowledge in insurance policy is highly preferred
  • Positive, energetic, self-motivated with strong initiative
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and prioritise work assignments independently
  • Innovative and eager to take up new tasks and challenges always
  • Ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery to colleagues and clients
  • Demonstrate ability to set stretch goals for self and the ability to deliver these with courage and tenacity
  • Authentic and show ability to engage with colleagues and clients to deliver at pace
