    Role Responsibilities

    This position mainly focuses on overseeing the digital usage of the Consumer Banking Segment, device ways to commercialize the digital and mobile capabilities, and migrate the customers to the digital channels.The goal is to drive the digital usage of the segment, especially the banking mobile app.

    Responsibilities

  • To lead and work closely with various internal stakeholders, including the Group Digital Teams, design and deliver the digital payment and servicing journey with the customer experience as priority
  • To work closely with the internal stakeholders, understand their business priorities, and design a digital engagement strategy which aligns with the business priorities and at the same time facilitates the growth of the digital mobile usage.
  • Review the existing capabilities and identify areas of improvements.Device a solid strategy to commercialize the capabilities and optimize the cost and spending.Drive the mobile and digital usage via an effective customer communication and engagement strategy.
  • Keep abreast of the latest market trends and new capabilities, proactively identify areas of opportunities for digitalization.Work with the Group Digital Team on prioritization and implementation.
  • To work closely with the Product and Segment Team to strengthen our digital capabilities for the GBA segment.
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with the local regulatory bodies, prioritize the deliverables balancing the regulatory requirements and customer experience.
  • To proactively look for suitable new capabilities to enhance the digital experience, especially in the space of gamification and digital interactions.Leverage on the Bank's existing business connections and identify innovative ways to enhance the digital journeys and experience.
  • To work closely with the analytics team to manage the tracking and reporting of the customer digital usage.Take ownership of the performance and device ways to improve.

  • Our Ideal Candidate

  • At least 8 years of work experience, within which with at least 3 years of experience in retail digital, digital platform management, product owners of any digital products or services
  • Strong knowledge in the local digital banking landscape and capabilities, experience in retail digital payment and cross border capabilities an advantage
  • Prior experience of working with start-ups and fintechs
  • Able to think out-of-the-box, with a can-do attitude
  • A natural drive to excel and performance driven
  • Proven track record in managing a team
  • Exceptional communication skills especially in written Chinese and English
