    The Opportunity

    An opportunity to join Manulife's Asia Regional Distribution team, playing a critical role in executing the transformation of our Distribution risk and control framework. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Manulife's Asia distribution – both in terms of the transformative changes required in the short- to medium-term as well as the game-changers required to build longer-term competitive advantage. This role is not simply about ensuring that risk management practices are place – it is about ensuring that our business practices enable sustainable and quality business growth. Working closely with the Head of Asia Distribution Risk and Control, there is large scope for impact and driving massive change

  • Strong experience in project management, able to navigate across initiatives and sets of stakeholders

  • Contribute to the shaping and execution of the Asia Distribution Risk Strategy framework
  • Support Business Units on specific distribution risk initiatives as required
  • Support multiple strategic projects and initiatives across the Regional Distribution portfolio, driving innovation and transformation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective end-to-end delivery
