    Key responsibilities

  • Convert market and business intelligence to develop sales and marketing strategies of existing and upcoming new products.
  • Lead, plan and execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales target, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals.
  • Lead and motivate the sales and beauty advisor team to achieve target and KPIs.
  • Review sales reports, evaluate sales performance and develop improvement plans regularly.
  • Lead, plan and execute new product launch activities towards targeted customers.
  • Provide sales training and guidance to the team.
  • Monitor adherence to brand guidelines for operational processes, visuals, and marketing.
  • Manage and analyze performance of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Xiao Hong Shu etc to drive new customer and achieve business targets.
  • Provide campaign performance analysis and recommendations to optimize performance for the best ROI.
  • Identify potential business opportunities to achieve the continuous growth.
  • Perform additional duties in line with company business requirements.
  • Role requirements

  • 5~8 years of relevant sales & marketing experience, within medical/ beauty/ wellness/ retail industry is preferred
  • Proven experience in business development, sales coaching, is preferred
  • Marketing experience with successful campaigns is preferred
  • Operation experience in medical/ beauty/ wellness store is an advantage
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (both in spoken & written)
  • Excellence presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Energetic, passionate, independent and able to work under intense pressure
  • Objective-oriented, result-driven and have positive working attitude
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
