    (This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)

    Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Membership team, the Membership Officer will be responsible for spearheading communication strategies to enhance member engagement and retention. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, coordinating membership events, developing marketing materials, and overseeing various public channels to ensure a seamless member experience. With a focus on communication, coordination, and member satisfaction, the Membership Officer will play a crucial role in driving the success of the membership program through effective engagement and innovative communication initiatives.

    You will be responsible for:

    • developing membership and marketing communication collaterals that involve copywriting, layout design, printing and production;
    • collaborating with internal teams to executive projects aimed at enhancing the membership experience and engagement. This includes coordinating eDM and marketing campaigns to promote M+ membership and revenue driving initiatives;
    • assisting and coordinating membership events to drive member retention & engagement;
    • overseeing the development and maintenance of the M+ and WKCD websites to ensure they are kept up-to-date;
    • providing administrative/operational support to the membership team, which included data entry, record keeping, payment request and other administrative tasks;
    • utilizing CRM system to retrieve data and prepare reports as needed;
    • monitoring the budget and expenses related to membership operations and marketing efforts; and
    • performing any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to assist and enhance the membership program.

    You should:

    • possess a recognised university degree in hospitality, tourism, sales & marketing, or related field;
    • have minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and communications, membership management, events coordination, or content management;
    • preferably have experience and knowledge in managing CRM systems;
    • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
    • have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; and
    • be able to work independently, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, and enthusiastic.
