    This role will be responsible for leading and managing agency distribution activities to drive new business activity, sales, recruitment as well as business persistency.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Support Division Head / Zone Head to drive and deliver company financial KPIs.
  • Collaborate with agency leaders to plan and achieve annual strategic plan and budgets.
  • Monitor and track achievement of goals, provide motivation and implement control measures as planned.
  • Manage agency communications between the Company and agency leaders.
  • Collect feedback and action solutions as required Provide coaching to team members on company/industry guidelines and compliance requirements to ensure smoothly internal daily operation.
  • Organize, plan, launch and drive agency campaigns, challenges, contests and promotions.
  • Evaluate and identify training and development needs in agency knowledge, skill, attitude and habit to improve agency productivity and professionalism.
  • Assist with agency leaders and monitor recruitment activities to ensure a strong pipeline of quality recruits and agent retention.
  • Job Requirements

  • University degree (any discipline)
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in the insurance industry, preferably from sales or sales management roles
  • Exceptional understanding and experience with agency distribution
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and to multiple business functions
  • Bias for action and results driven
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Proven people and management skills
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work with diverse personalities, cultures and business practices inherent to an international organisation
  • Operates with high standards and integrity
  • Ability to multi-task, and be flexible, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
