    Purpose of role: Responsible and accountable for driving GREEN LEASING in Asia Pacific Region for one of our major clients

    • Subject matter expert reference point for all involved in Green Leasing within the Asia Pacific account.
    • Communication and reporting on green leasing going beyond the dashboard to understand specific clause adoption, trends, challenges, local market success etc.
    • Connecting beyond our clients account to share learnings, create leverage and drive change in Asia Pacific Region.

    Day to day reporting to the accounts Regional Alliance Director, and working closing with the accounts Strategy, Estates Management and Transactions team to help drive green leasing deployment in Asia Pacific region. You are someone who has a rounded CRE skillset and can do attitude.

    Responsibilities:

    Act as a single point of accountability for green leasing activity in Asia Pacific.

    Ability to articulate and influence our clients green leasing initiatives.

    Create know how / knowledge hub and develop collateral that is Asia Pacific specific to support our clients policies and standards adoption relating to green leasing in region in depth understanding of CNZ targets

    Lead learning & development for all Asia Pacific Estates Managers (EMs) and Transaction Managers (TMs) on the topic of green leasing.

    Be the subject matter expert for EM & TMs to bring into conversations with landlords and other stakeholders as needed to support green leasing.

    Drive communications around green leasing success in Asia Pacific.

    Beyond the dashboard reporting, i.e., granular knowledge and tracking of green leasing within Asia Pacific. Understanding specific clause adoption, trends, challenges, local market success etc. Analyzing results and making proactive suggestions to improve adoption in future.

    Prior to execution of transaction, ensure that any green leasing exception requests have been sought as needed and only as a last resort.

    Develop what happens next plans once green lease is secured including targets, priorities & gap analysis work with markets to drive continuous improvement and feed into road map for CNZ targets.

    Develop network of other green leasing stakeholders within Asia Pacific region, i.e., other corporate CRE teams, landlords, local market organizations, industry bodies etc. for the purpose of best practice sharing and representing our client as a positive change agent.

    • A tendency to solve complex problems under various scenarios and co-develop strategic solutions to address the needs.
    • You are naturally good at pitching ideas and possess a strong ability to negotiate to take desired action.
    • Able to shift gear in between various priorities.

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

    • A bachelors degree in real estate, business, or related field
    • 10+ years work experience
    • ESG familiarity
