    About the Role

    This role covers Local Business Unit (LBU) & Group-level activities to:

    1. Develop and implement reporting templates to track marketing metrics across Business Units, which yields data-driven insights and decision-making for both squad and chapter leaders in Group Customer and Digital Marketing (GCDM)

    2. Support Director of Propositions & Marketing Commercials on evaluation of product economics for digital partnerships and repurchase programs

    Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of marketing metrics across BUs, track key metrics, and conduct regular analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Report Generation: Develop comprehensive and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate sophisticated data in a clear and concise manner to management.
  • KPI Tracking: Define, monitor, and supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing performance and provide suggestions on improvement
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc data investigations and analyses to address specific business inquiries and provide timely suggestions to GCDM squads and chapters.
  • Data Modelling: Develop and maintain data models, data mappings, and data dictionaries to support reporting and analysis needs
  • Presentation Materials: Own the development of presentation materials required for key forums and meetings such as annual strategy review, investor meetings, monthly marketing steering committee, and others as required
  • Job Requirements:

    Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Post-Graduate degree with 2-4 years' experience on Life Insurance and Financial Services
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and using metrics to measure channel efficiency and identify improvement areas.
  • Desirable Requirements

  • Innovative - contribute to the digital ecosystem field, sharing relevant ideas internally to balance evidence-based practices with unproven but high-potentialpilots
  • Work with a positive team, supports others, and works well ina multidisciplinary teamsetting
  • Experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with a strong background of delivering insights and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sophisticated data sets and extract substantial insights.
