- To provide insights into deposit product, market landscape developments, new features, identify possible outbreaking updates or changes within the sector.
- Support the Bank's global vision of sustainable and green banking. Work closely with both internal stakeholders and Group on the designing and launching of products that are align with the global direction, such as the sustainable saving account.
- Manage and develop the various deposit marketing campaigns from end to end, including acquisition and retention to maintain the competitiveness of the Bank's business and growth in deposit balance and revenue
- Assist in monitoring and managing the deposit portfolio and pricing to improve the product margin
- Track and perform analysis on business results and marketing programs / campaigns performance, including fulfillment of promotional offers, logistics design and control
- Assist in formulating product strategies and implementing business plans for deposits business
- Assist in developing and implementing the new deposits products/ services enhancement
- Liaise / work with internal department and external business partners to ensure the rollout of initiatives in timely manner and complied with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Work with cross functional teams on the introduction of new process to improve customer banking experience and drive down the number of complain case; branch services and digital banking experience.
- Ensure all complaint cases are handled in a timely and professional manner.
